Adult Recruitment Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Adult Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our team at Home Instead Senior Care. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and building a pipeline of high-quality Care Professionals to deliver exceptional care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of recruitment administration, ensuring compliance with legislation, regulators, and Franchise Standards.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including advertising on job boards, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Process candidates through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in a timely manner, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with our recruitment processes.
- Support the Recruiter at local community recruitment events and participate in the paid on-call rota.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize our recruitment tools and stay up-to-date on best practice approaches.
- Ensure compliance with Home Instead's Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy, in respect of employment and service delivery.
- Develop a good understanding of legislation relating to recruitment, including Enhanced Criminal Record checks, referencing, and Right to Work checks.
- Utilize social media and other digital communication tools to promote our brand and attract top talent.
- Be flexible to work outside of regular hours to meet the demands of the business.
- Have a good working knowledge of IT systems, with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite, and the ability to learn and adopt new technologies as needed.
