Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at The Recruitment-HUB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the e-commerce and print-on-demand sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including online retailers and corporate merchandise providers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and cold outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in business development, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce and print-on-demand industries, including technical requirements and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and Etsy.
  • Understanding of print-on-demand processes and logistics.

Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
