About the Role

The Children in Need Social Worker will be responsible for providing vital support services to vulnerable children and their families in Liverpool.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of expertise and compassion.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child protection policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £27, which translates to an estimated annual salary of £56,640 based on 40 hours per week.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess the needs of children and families, developing personalized support plans to address key issues and risks.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide timely interventions and support services.
Key Requirements
  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • At least 2 years' experience in Children's Social Services, with a proven track record of delivering effective support services.
