Responsibilities
As a Team Manager at Liverpool Early Help Service, you will be responsible for:
• Managing staff to achieve high quality outcomes
• Overseeing level of need decisions
• Triage and allocation of referrals
• Supporting grant funded projects and pilots
• Oversight of work completed in the Early Help Hubs
• Supporting the implementation of various pilots
• Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders
• Ensuring the delivery of high quality services to service users
• Managing and maintaining accurate records and reports
• Participating in quality assurance and improvement activities
• Collaborating with other teams and services to achieve shared goals
• Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
