Help Desk Operations Coordinator

About This Role: We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Operations Coordinator to join our Property Support Team in Shirley, Solihull. As a Help Desk Advisor, you will be responsible for coordinating contractor quotations and managing the day-to-day performance of service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating contractor quotations and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Monitoring planned maintenance visits (PMVs) to minimise business risk.
- Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills: Confidently liaise with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers.
- A strong problem-solving ability.
