Senior Fellow in Adult Critical Care Transfer Medicine

We are seeking an experienced intensive care doctor to join our team as a Senior Fellow in Adult Critical Care Transfer Medicine. This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the UK's most developed critical care transfer services, providing advanced skills in the transport of critically ill adults.
Key Responsibilities:- Work as a member of the East Midlands Adult Critical Care Transfer Service (ACCOTS) team
- Participate in the transfer of critically ill patients between critical care units and emergency escalation to tertiary referral centers
- Develop and implement critical care transfer training programs, including simulation in our brand new simulation suite
- Contribute to the development of critical care transfer policies and procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care
- Completion of stage 1 ICM training or overseas equivalent (at least 12 months)
- Completion of stage 2 and/or 3 ICM training or international equivalent
- Prior experience in transfer of the critically ill, completion of a transfer training course
- Evidence of teaching at an undergraduate or postgraduate level
- Certification Course/Diploma/Masters in Medical Education
- Medical publications or a background of research activity
- Management training
