Senior Fellow in Adult Critical Care Transfer Medicine

We are seeking an experienced intensive care doctor to join our team as a Senior Fellow in Adult Critical Care Transfer Medicine. This is an exciting opportunity to work in one of the UK's most developed critical care transfer services.
Key Responsibilities- Work as a member of the East Midlands Adult Critical Care Transfer Service (ACCOTS) team
- Provide adult critical care transfers and gain valuable experience
- Participate in critical care transfer training, including simulation in our brand new simulation suite
- Develop key critical care medicine skills in the provision of advanced skills in transport of the critically ill adult
- Completion of stage 1 ICM training or overseas equivalent (at least 12 months)
- Completion of stage 2 and/or 3 ICM training or international equivalent
- Prior experience in transfer of the critically ill, completion of a transfer training course
- Evidence of teaching at an undergraduate or postgraduate level
- Certification Course/Diploma/Masters in Medical Education
- Medical publications or a background of research activity
- Management training
- Opportunity to work in a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team
- Support for national presentations of audit/data/research
- Option to join the paediatric team to understand the paediatric retrieval service
- Opportunity to participate in critical care transfer training
