Nurse Practitioner for Acute Care

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Band 5 Nurse to join our team at Glan Clwyd Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality care to patients in seriously ill or unstable conditions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide constant monitoring and care for patients
- Support emergency admissions, planned admissions, and post-surgery patients and their families
- Communicate clinical information effectively
- Identify, prepare, check, and assemble equipment required for operating lists
Requirements:
- Be a registered nurse
- Have 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years
- Pass an enhanced background check
About the Role:
