IBD Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) nurse specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to patients with IBD.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advice and support to IBD patients via the telephone advice line.
- Train to provide early discharge support for inpatient IBD patients.
- Manage the monitoring of patients receiving biologic and immunosuppressive treatment.
- Support in monitoring and maintaining relevant Health board databases.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- NMC Registered Nurse.
- Masters in relevant field or committed to undertaking a Masters Degree.
- Meets the preparation and practice standards required by NMC Specialist Practitioner status.
£35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
