About The Role
Servoca Nursing & Care is a dynamic, fast-growing healthcare recruitment company that provides high-quality staff for nursing homes, residential care, and supported living environments.
We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and committed Support Workers who are passionate about helping those who are vulnerable and in need.
As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in various settings and support individuals with:
- Autism
- Mental Health
- Disabilities (Learning and/or Physical)
- Personality/Behavioural Disorder(s)
- Challenging Behaviours
Your role will involve promoting independence, wellbeing, and aiding service users to live a happy and fulfilling life.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 12 months paid healthcare experience in the last 3 years
- The right to live and work in the UK
- A passion for care that matches our company's values

Pay Rates
Our pay rates start from £11.50ph with bank holiday premiums and additional holiday pay.
