We are seeking an ambitious Field Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the designated territory.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a 'hunter' mentality, excellent organisational and time management skills, and the ability to manage many accounts and present to customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Increasing sales for the designated territory through proactive targeting of new customers and developing relationships with existing customers.
- Promoting and selling the company's product range and services throughout the territory.
- Visiting customers regularly to actively promote new products and explain pricing and product models tailored to customer needs.
- Providing technical support to customers on the product range.
- Training customers on the direct impact selling points of all products to persuade customer loyalty.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is approximately £50,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission and bonus. Additional benefits include a company car, holiday allowance, laptop, mobile phone, pension scheme, and discount on company products.
