Darktrace Cyber Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to support requests in the Darktrace Customer Portal.
- Explain software features to customers to maximize platform potential.
- Ensure smooth and efficient customer deployments.
- Liaise with the development team and customers to resolve issues.
