Key Responsibilities
  • Create document templates, convert information into user-friendly documents, and number and label documents
  • Report typing, editing, and research
  • Manage RFIs / TQs and spreadsheets
  • Set up jobs
  • Research products, materials, suppliers, codes of practice on standards and guidance notes
  • Document storage: sort, file, and store electronic and hard copies of documents
  • Document distribution: scan, copy, and distribute documents
  • Document review: review documents and make revisions for accuracy
  • Document archiving: archive documents

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project is required.

Estimated salary: £38,500 per annum.
