Document Management Specialist

- Create document templates, convert information into user-friendly documents, and number and label documents
- Report typing, editing, and research
- Manage RFIs / TQs and spreadsheets
- Set up jobs
- Research products, materials, suppliers, codes of practice on standards and guidance notes
- Document storage: sort, file, and store electronic and hard copies of documents
- Document distribution: scan, copy, and distribute documents
- Document review: review documents and make revisions for accuracy
- Document archiving: archive documents
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project is required.
Estimated salary: £38,500 per annum.
