GGS Consult is seeking a skilled Administration and Documentation Manager to join our team in Hull. This role involves managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for our projects, as well as providing administrative support to the team.

You will have experience in document control and administration, proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project, and strong communication skills. You should also be able to work independently and be highly motivated.

Key responsibilities include managing and organizing documents, reporting typing, editing, and research, managing RFIs, TQs, and spreadsheets, setting up jobs, researching products, materials, suppliers, and codes of practice, documenting storage, distribution, review, and archiving, and managing project documentation and version control.

The salary for this position is £32,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including bereavement leave, company events, company pension, cycle to work scheme, free parking, gym membership, health & wellbeing programme, on-site parking, and sick pay.
