GGP Consult seeks an experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide essential support across multiple projects. This full-time position is available on a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized with the ability to prioritize their work, possessing proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly in Word and Excel. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Level 4 or above, including Maths and English, as well as customer service experience and administrative skills.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Document control, such as filing, saving, and recording project documentation
  • Typing of documents and reports
  • Setting up jobs
  • Booking meeting rooms

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum. Benefits include bereavement leave, company events, pension, cycle scheme, free parking, gym membership, health programme, and sick pay.
