Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our Brand team at Pro:Direct Sport. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping us bring product and campaigns to market, and drive growth in key categories from a brand and business perspective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Brand Managers to capture key campaign objectives and define the top Pro:Direct brand priorities/agenda.
  • Develop and maintain solid business relationships with brand partners through regular and proactive contact.
  • Brief the thought leadership team on campaign objectives and capture departmental requirements & deliverables.
  • Aid in assigning key actions across all products, marketing & retail teams and ensure we have assigned delivery owners.
  • Pre-define proposal completion deadlines with all leaders.
  • Deliver kick-starter process alongside departmental heads across Design, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing and Local teams.
  • Provide weekly updates on campaign status and be transparent with bottlenecks/risk.
  • Manage the curation and production of retrospectives and campaign tare downs.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills - ability to align and engage with key stakeholders including our Internal teams, 3rd party Brands, athletes, and talent.
  • Good organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Good time keeping and administrative skills.
  • Good budgetary skills - ability to work within set brand budgets and track expenditure throughout the campaign life cycle.
  • Awareness of social media platforms.
  • Creative ideas on ways to engage consumers.
