No prior experience is necessary, making this an ideal role for anyone looking to begin a career in Brand Marketing. Hybrid working options are available, and this position will be fixed term for 12 months.

What We Need You To Do

As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will work with Brand Managers to capture key campaign objectives and define the top Pro:Direct brand priorities/agenda. You will be handling key assigned accounts and developing solid business relationships with brand partners through regular and proactive contact.

You will brief the thought leadership team on campaign objectives and capture departmental requirements & deliverables. You will aid in assigning key actions across all products, marketing & retail teams and ensure we have assigned delivery owners.

You will pre-define proposal completion deadlines with all leaders. You will deliver kick-starter process alongside departmental heads across Design, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing and Local teams.

You will provide weekly updates on campaign status and be transparent with bottlenecks/risk. You will manage the curation and production of retrospectives and campaign tare downs.

Your Skills

  • Excellent communication skills - ability to align and engage with key stakeholders including our Internal teams, 3rd party Brands, athletes, and talent
  • Good organisational skills with an eye for detail
  • Good time keeping and administrative skills
  • Good budgetary skills - ability to work within set brand budgets and track expenditure throughout the campaign life cycle
  • Awareness of social media platforms
  • Creative ideas on ways to engage consumers
