About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Officer to work at our youth centre in Exeter. The work will be full-time, permanent, 37 hours per week, and may include working occasional evenings or weekends throughout the year at events for example. In this role, you'll play a key part in promoting our services, increasing our online presence and driving engagement through social media, email marketing, website management and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver day-to-day marketing activities for youth centres and services.
  • Manage the website, social media accounts and email marketing.
  • Report on analytics, support staff with their marketing activities and maintain the organisation's brand.
  • Support us in delivering wider marketing campaigns which may include activities such as filmmaking, event management, content creation and more.
Requirements
  • Qualified or experienced in various areas of digital marketing.
  • Possession of a passion for supporting and advocating for the rights of young people.
  • Creative and solution-focused thinking.
  • Respectful with excellent empathy and kindness to colleagues.
  • Ability to be collaborative, adaptable and reach out when you need help and support.
  • Commitment to continuous professional practice.

  • Annual leave: 5 weeks for the first 5 years then additional days depending on length of service (pro-rata'd for part-time roles).
