About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key part in promoting our services, increasing our online presence, and driving engagement through social media, email marketing, website management, and digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver day-to-day marketing activities for youth centres and services.
- Manage the website, social media accounts, and email marketing.
- Report on analytics and support staff with their marketing activities.
- Maintain the organisation's brand.
- Support the delivery of wider marketing campaigns.
- Qualified or experienced in various areas of digital marketing.
- Passion for supporting and advocating for the rights of young people.
- Creative and solution-focused thinking.
- Respectful with excellent empathy and kindness to colleagues.
- Ability to be collaborative, adaptable, and reach out when needed.
- Commitment to continuous professional practice.
- Annual leave: 5 weeks for the first 5 years, then additional days depending on length of service.
- Additional 3 Statutory days given between Christmas and New Year, plus bank holidays.
- Pension contributions starting at 6% rising to 8% in the third year.
