About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Coach to join our team at Duval Associates Ltd - Recruitment Specialist - UK. As a Sales Coach, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing training programs to enhance the performance of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure sales team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Work closely with the Training Manager to develop and implement training materials, content, and resources that meet the needs of the sales team.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance.
  • Identify trends and individual training needs of sales agents and communicate these to the Training Manager.
  • Develop and deliver ongoing training programs to ensure the sales team has the necessary skills and knowledge to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager and Quality & Compliance Assessor to ensure any risks are mitigated through bespoke coaching and training.
  • Review the effectiveness of sales training across the sales department through data analysis.
  • Maintain up-to-date training records of sales agents and review monthly with the Training Manager.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders and provide constructive feedback when identifying key trends or issues across the sales department.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales coaching and training, with a strong track record of improving sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales team members, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the sales team and drive business growth.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment, with a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures.
