Amazon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead the recruitment and growth of third-party Sellers across key product categories on Amazon North America marketplace. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new Seller life cycles, from lead generation and qualification to account management and seller success/growth.

About Amazon Seller Services: Our Marketplace exists in 18 countries, exceeding 50% of total Amazon unit sales and growing rapidly. We aim to offer the earth's largest product selection and lowest prices for our customers. To achieve this, we market to local country Sellers to persuade them to launch their products onto the platform, maximizing the quantity of items listed while ensuring high-quality product images and information.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruit Selling Partners who deliver competitive selection, pricing, and product availability to our Customers.
  2. Develop a recruitment strategy by analyzing data and defining a value proposition for selling on Amazon.
  3. Review and monitor Seller performance to provide consulting advice on growing their business, including strategizing promotional plans.
  4. Implement and track metrics to record Seller success and quality, guiding your work and uncovering hidden areas of opportunity.
  5. Utilize CRM tools to track account information and status of prospective Sellers, responding to business forecasts.
  6. Meet or exceed operational metrics for managed accounts.
  7. Share lessons learned with other Amazon teams worldwide during project implementation and post-live support phases.
  8. Create compelling value propositions around Amazon Seller Services for Sellers.
  9. Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment, including knowledge of competitive product offerings and international markets.
  10. Support internal stakeholders in driving change, removing roadblocks, and increasing participation by local Sellers with respect to Amazon Business.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of professional or military experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Highly analytical with data manipulation skills
  • Experience with pipeline management using Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Bahasa Melayu is advantageous
