Quantity Surveyor Position

An esteemed Property and Construction consultancy based near Southampton is seeking an accomplished Quantity Surveyor to join their ranks. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of pre and post-contract quantity surveying duties, ensuring seamless execution of projects.

The successful candidate will hold over 3 years of experience in construction Quantity Surveying, preferably within a consultancy or main contracting environment. A solid understanding of creating Scope of Works documents and Bills of Quantities, as well as management of tender and subcontract accounts, is also essential.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor aiming to complete their APC and pursue full MRICS membership. Our organisation prioritises staff growth and development, offering a supportive environment where you can flourish professionally.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute all pre and post-contract quantity surveying tasks effectively.
  • Implement robust cost control measures to reduce project expenses.
  • Accurately document and report on project activities.
