About the Position

This role involves working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a prominent property and construction consultancy in the UK. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction quantity surveying and be familiar with the requirements of the APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) program.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver effective administration of all aspects of pre and post-contract quantity surveying duties
  • Implement rigid cost control measures to minimize project costs and enhance value for money
  • Maintain strict adherence to required standards and quality

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in construction quantity surveying
  • Background in either a consultancy or main contracting environment
  • Familiarity with building scope of works documents and bills of quantities
  • Strong understanding of tender and subcontract account processes
