Health Visiting Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Health Visiting Services Coordinator to join our team in North Wales. This is a permanent part-time opportunity with an estimated salary of £30,000-£38,000 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating one-to-one, group, and community work that addresses health inequalities in partnership with a multi-skilled team. They will play a key role in delivering parent support, health promotion, and programmes of care.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support Health Visitors in delivering health promotion within home, clinic, and community-based settings.
- Contribute to the implementation of the Core Programme as per Health Board service level agreement.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Education in maths and English.
- NNEB or equivalent qualification.
- Child protection training.
