Primary Care Mental Health Community Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a skilled mental health professional. The successful candidate will work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, providing short-term interventions for individuals with mild to moderate illness.
The role involves working alongside colleagues from secondary care and specialist services, as well as third sector organizations and statutory agencies. You will manage a caseload of patients and develop risk management plans and care planning based on robust assessments.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who can relish a challenge and help others. As a mental health professional in primary care, you will be able to make a real difference in people's lives.
What We Offer- A competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
