Job Description
P4 Recruitment Ltd is proud to partner with a top 50 UK provider of support services to individuals with learning difficulties, autism, mental health issues, and challenging behaviors. We are seeking a dedicated support worker to join their team in Denbigh. The successful candidate will provide daily living assistance, promote independence, and advocate for the rights of individuals with complex needs.

About the Role
This is a permanent position with a competitive hourly rate of £12.76 (dependent on experience). The successful candidate will work 42 hours per week and contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment. Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to clients with diverse needs
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
- Promote independence and self-advocacy skills

Requirements and Qualifications
- Valid drivers' license (advantageous)
- Experience working with vulnerable populations or in social care settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
