Job Title: Executive Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our organisation as Executive Director. As the chief executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our activities, including staff management, strategic planning, and external relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement our organisational strategy, aligning with our mission and values
  • Lead and manage a team of staff and volunteers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and policymakers
  • Oversee our fundraising efforts, securing resources to support our programmes and activities
  • Represent the organisation at national and international levels, promoting our work and values
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of senior management experience in a relevant field, such as charity management, public policy, or international development
  • Proven track record of leadership, strategic planning, and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong fundraising and networking skills, with experience of securing significant donations and partnerships
  • Passion for our mission and values, with a commitment to promoting peace, justice, and human rights
