Job Title: UK Head of Workplace

At Arcadis, we are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as the UK Head of Workplace. As a key member of our Architecture & Urbanism Division, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation in our Workplace offer across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to establish a strong project pipeline and drive revenue growth to £5m per annum.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with senior-level clients, delivering bespoke design solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Build and lead a team of Workplace Strategists and designers, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery while upholding high design standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management at a senior level, with a client network aligned with the Arcadis strategy.
  • Experience working with internal experts to shape multi-disciplinary solutions for clients.
  • Passion for driving innovation through creative workplace strategies, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles within the design industry, with a focus on workplace design.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to inspire and influence stakeholders.
  • Delivered success in innovation, creativity, and pushing the boundaries of traditional workplace design with a focus on sustainable outcomes.
