Job Description

At Arcadis, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Workplace Strategist. As the UK Head of Workplace, you will be responsible for developing and implementing workplace strategies that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development efforts by establishing a robust project pipeline and generating revenue to support ambitious growth.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients at a senior level, delivering bespoke design solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Build and lead a team of workplace strategists and designers, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery while upholding high design standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
  • A seasoned leader with a proven track record in client relationship management at a senior level.
  • Experience working with internal experts to shape multi-disciplinary solutions for clients.
  • Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles within the design industry, with a focus on workplace design.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to inspire and influence stakeholders.
