Job Title: Workplace Strategist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as a Workplace Strategist. As a key member of our Architecture & Urbanism Division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing workplace strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development efforts by establishing a robust project pipeline and generating revenue to support ambitious growth.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients at a senior level, delivering bespoke design solutions that exceed expectations.
- Build and lead a team of workplace strategists and designers, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery while upholding high design standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, interior design, or other relevant design-related field.
- Proven track record in client relationship management at a senior level, with a client network aligned with our strategy.
- Experience working with other internal experts to shape multi-disciplinary solutions for clients.
- Passion for driving innovation through creative workplace strategies, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles within the design industry, with a focus on workplace design.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to inspire and influence stakeholders.
