Job Summary
We are recruiting enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable care assistants for day or night shifts, including weekends, to provide high-quality care to our clients. As a care assistant with HFH Healthcare, you will work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to clients with complex needs, including those with challenging behavior, medication, and seizure management.
- Work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, to meet the needs of our clients.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure their care needs are met.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
