Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the finance team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the Clinical Support Services Division in achieving its financial objectives.

Main Duties
  • Support the Deputy and Divisional Head of Finance in providing a comprehensive finance business partnering role to the directorates within the division.
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to support the division's business objectives.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to the Clinical Directorate team to help them develop and realise their strategic aims.
  • Work closely with the Deputy and Head of Divisional Finance and fellow Finance Business Partners within the Divisional finance team to ensure that the finance function makes an influential contribution to the Division's managerial and business objectives.
  • Develop close and collaborative working relationships with key leads within their directorate and fellow finance colleagues in corporate finance to ensure the directorate finance team's operations are consistent with the Trust's financial framework.
