Job Overview

Job Summary

The Clinical Lead in Head and Neck Surgery is accountable to the Clinical Director, working with the Operational Service Manager and Matron for:

\u2022 Providing clinical leadership within the clinical service

\u2022 To work collaboratively within the management structure of the Directorate

\u2022 Monitoring the quality and safety of activities and proposing actions to address any concerns.

\u2022 Planning and delivery of efficient, cost-effective clinical services within resources available

\u2022 Promoting and leading innovation and improvements in clinical productivity

\u2022 Ensuring effective communication between the speciality and the Directorate and Divisional Teams

Delivery of research and development, teaching and training
