Care Assistant Role
We are seeking a compassionate and forward-thinking Care Assistant to join our team at Greensleeves Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will work alongside a dedicated team to support residents with their daily needs, following individual care plans and ensuring each resident receives the correct person-centered care, support, and daily interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with their daily needs, following individual care plans
- Provide person-centered care, support, and daily interaction
- Work alongside a dedicated team to create a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment
Requirements:
- Compassion and a forward-thinking attitude
- Exceptional communication skills
- No specific care knowledge required, as we provide all necessary training
