Job Title: Female Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Sevenoaks, Kent. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

About the Role:
  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support individuals to develop new skills and interests, and to participate in community activities.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £12.00 per hour.
  • A generous holiday entitlement, including 33 days of annual leave and eight days of statutory bank holidays.

Requirements:
  • Experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities.
