Lead a Team of Care Professionals

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Service Manager to lead our team of care professionals in providing exceptional support to individuals with learning disabilities.

About the Role

As a Registered Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our residential service, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and support that meets their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Conduct care needs assessments and recruit new colleagues to join our team
  • Complete supervisions and appraisals to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional care
  • Manage the service's P&L and ensure regulatory requirements are met
  • Collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure positive outcomes for our residents

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a care management role
  • A Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
