Job Summary:

Hall & Benson, a leading estate agency and property services provider, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team in Derby.

About the Role:

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including leading and motivating a team of sales agents, setting and achieving sales targets, and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Manage branch operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hold a Full UK driving license.
