- You will have a strong track record of sales and leadership experience, with a minimum of 23 years' experience in a team leader role within the industry.
- Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, as well as identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
