We are seeking an experienced Lettings Branch Manager to join our team at Tamsin Wheatcroft Recruitment. As a Lettings Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our lettings team, ensuring seamless execution of all tasks and operations within the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Manage the Lettings Team: Oversee the efficient operations of the lettings team, ensuring seamless execution of all tasks and operations within the branch.
- Organise Subcontractors: Manage and book subcontractors to carry out inspections and inventory checks.
- Property Listing: Assist the team with some listings.
- Strategic Business Development: Contribute actively to drive the business forward by identifying new opportunities, implementing strategies, and fostering growth.
- Team Leadership and Motivation: Inspire, guide, and motivate the team towards achieving exceptional performance, maintaining high morale and a collaborative atmosphere.
