We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Program Director to lead the development of our innovative online program for ambitious high school students in the Middle East. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of education and making a positive impact on the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the digital university preparation program, ensuring excellent student outcomes, quality assurance, and continual enhancement
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Report to the Director of Digital Learning and be accountable for the leadership and management of the program team, including line management of program leads
  • Ensure program teaching, learning, outcomes, operations, and costs meet or exceed key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with central teams to ensure accurate and timely management information data for costs
  • Implement suitable monitoring and reporting for different stakeholder audiences
  • Implement approaches to capture student voice on the program and manage feedback and complaints

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree - Essential
  • Leadership and/or management training or demonstrable experience of leading complex educational programs for at least 3 years
  • Teaching qualification - Essential
  • Experience leading in an academic environment
  • Planning and running complex education courses and programs
  • Stakeholder management and engagement in complex environments
  • Involvement in key projects
  • University application processes and advice
