Guest Experience Agent

At The Standard London, we're looking for a skilled Guest Experience Agent to join our front office team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, from pre-arrival to post-departure. Your mission will be to create an unparalleled level of service, ensuring seamless arrivals and departures, and providing extensive reception services.

Your Role

As a Guest Experience Agent, you'll work closely with our concierge team to coordinate bespoke services for select VIP guests. You'll be the go-to person for information about hotel services and the vibrant city of London, both in person and on our hotel switchboard.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional hospitality to guests, ensuring seamless arrivals and departures
Coordinate bespoke services for select VIP guests
Work closely with our concierge team to provide information about hotel services and the city
Assist guests with their queries and unexpressed wishes
Create an environment that delights, excites, and surprises guests

Requirements

1+ years' prior experience as a Front Desk Agent, Guest Relations or Guest Services
Proven background in a customer-facing role, ideally in a 'lifestyle' or boutique hotel
Flexibility with working hours, including shifts, evenings, nights, and weekends
Exceptional administrative and organizational skills with great attention to detail
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus
Experience with Opera PMS is beneficial, but full training will be given
