About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at St Edmunds, a residential care home in Attleborough. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
About You:
We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional care and support. You will have a passion for working with older adults and be able to demonstrate empathy, kindness, and understanding in your interactions with residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring residents' dietary needs are met
- Engage residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation
- Contribute to a safe and clean environment, maintaining high standards of hygiene and housekeeping
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent care outcomes
