Role Overview

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Management Expert to support the implementation of our new Product Data Management (PDM) system in Syndigo.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of product data management principles, practices, and systems. Your experience working with Product Data / Information Management (PIM/PDM) systems and tools will enable you to effectively administer and maintain our PIM system, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility for internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless integration with other teams and stakeholders to maintain an efficient product data management system.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to product data management processes, workflows, and system configurations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in product data management.
  • Maintain high-quality data integrity through regular audits and discrepancy resolution.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in product data management or data administration, preferably in Retail.
  • Familiarity with Syndigo and other PIM/PDM systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
