Apprentice Estate Agent

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Estate Agent to join our team at William H Brown. As an Apprentice Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in administration, sales, and marketing, while working towards a Level 2 Estate Agent qualification.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales and general business administration
- Deal with day-to-day enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Register customers and assist them in their search for a home
- Visit properties and canvass for potential business and sales
- Carry out accompanied viewings with customers
- Earn monthly commissions and benefit from in-house training
Requirements:
- Pursuing a career in sales
- Focused on customer care and customer service
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- Motivated and keen to learn
- Committed to achieving the Apprenticeship
- A Full UK driving licence or learning to drive
Training and Development:
- Ongoing training and support in the workplace
- Work towards achieving a Junior Estate Agent Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification
- Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English can be supported if not already achieved
