Apprentice Estate Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Estate Agent to join our team at William H Brown. As an Apprentice Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in administration, sales, and marketing, which will enable you to forge a career in the property business.

Your Role as an Apprentice:

• Assist in the administration of sales and general business operations.
• Deal with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Register customers and assist them in their search for a home.
• Visit properties with customers and provide accompanied viewings.
• Canvass for potential business and sales opportunities.
• Earn monthly commissions and benefit from in-house training and development.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a career in sales.
• Focused on customer care and customer service.
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
• Motivated and keen to learn.
• Committed to achieving the Apprenticeship.
• A Full UK driving license or learning to drive.

Training and Development:

• Ongoing training and support in the workplace.
• Work towards achieving a Junior Estate Agent Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification.
• Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English can be supported if not already achieved.
• Successful completion of the apprenticeship may entitle you to student membership of National Association of Estate Agents Propertymark.
