Apprentice Estate Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Estate Agent to join our team at William H Brown. As an Apprentice Estate Agent, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in administration, sales, and marketing, while working towards a Level 2 Estate Agent qualification.

Your Role as an Apprentice:

• Assist in the administration of sales and general business operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to day-to-day enquiries and registering customers.
• Visit properties with customers, canvassing for potential business and sales opportunities.
• Carry out accompanied viewings and provide detailed information about properties.
• Earn monthly commissions and benefit from in-house training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a career in sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Basic IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving license or willingness to learn.

Training and Development:

• Ongoing training and support in the workplace.
• Virtual learning platform and 1-2-1 skills coach support.
• Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English (if not already achieved).
• Potential student membership of National Association of Estate Agents Propertymark.
