Your Role:
- Support sales and general business operations
- Deal with customer enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Register customers and assist them in finding their dream home
- Visit properties and canvass for potential business
- Carry out accompanied viewings and provide expert advice
- Earn monthly commissions and benefit from our comprehensive training program
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for sales and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with MS Office
- A full UK driving license or willingness to learn
Training and Development:
- Ongoing training and support in the workplace
- Junior Estate Agent Level 2 Apprenticeship qualification
- Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English
- Student membership of National Association of Estate Agents Propertymark
