Job Title: Lead Project Management

At Kent PLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Project Management professional to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading the FEED and detailed design of wind turbine generator foundations for offshore wind farms in European waters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute engineering design projects with minimal supervision and within agreed schedules and budgets.
  • Support the project management team in planning, identifying technical issues, and interfacing with clients.
  • Execute engineering design for FEED and detailed design projects by managing and directing a wider technical team.
  • Formulate resolutions to technically challenging and high-profile issues with support from engineering managers and project managers.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of safety and quality procedures, best practices, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Significant related experience working for engineering or client organizations in the offshore wind industry.
  • Experience of FEED and detailed design projects for offshore fixed bottom foundations.
  • Knowledge of safety and quality procedures and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
