We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team in Edinburgh. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of residential developments in the Edinburgh and Lothian regions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the commercial challenges involved in running residential development projects. You will be a qualified quantity surveyor with previous experience in the industry and a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial aspects of residential development projects
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
