As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing business, maintaining good client relationships, and maximizing revenues and profitability within customer accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer accounts to set and implement policy to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Building and strengthening client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
  • Ensuring that the offering is defined, is within the capabilities of the Company, and that the client has a respect for the CPA.
  • Creating contact reports and quotations, ensuring that Production Orders are raised in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate client records.
  • Allocating a Project Manager to each project and taking direction on issues related to the achievement of plan.
  • FOLLOWING COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
  • Ensuring that sales administration and record keeping is performed for the accounts for which you are responsible.
  • Resolving invoice queries to reduce debtors and promoting team-working behaviours, communication, professionalism, and a culture of continuous improvement throughout the business.
  • Managing risks and reporting major risks (and opportunities) to the Managing Director and the board.

Required skills include:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience within Account Management.
  • Retail and POS knowledge.
  • Flexibility of working hours.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
